  • Work-life balance

We are interested in long-term working relationships and want you to enjoy taking on the tasks and challenges you will face. We understand that, for that to work, the conditions have to be right. That is why we have spent many years ensuring our employees can balance their career with their home life.

Our flexitime and job-sharing models give you freedom and flexibility. This helps us build bridges between business needs and our customers’ requirements on the one hand, and the personal needs and aspirations of our staff on the other. In certain cases we may also offer the opportunity for home working, for example.

  • Pay and voluntary social benefits

Besides offering commensurate pay, we also create optimum conditions for our employees’ working environment. That includes offering a whole range of voluntary social benefits.

Focused commitment from the workforce is essential to the success of the Friedhelm Loh Group. That is why our remuneration model also includes variable components such as employees sharing in the overall success of the Group.

  • Occupational health management

We all spend a big part of our life at work. Doesn’t it therefore make perfect sense that we should shape our working environment so that it actively helps us stay healthy?

As part of our occupational health management activities, we create the conditions that ensure our employees stay healthy in the workplace. Besides occupational health and safety and occupational integration management, our health management system also incorporates a whole range of measures designed to promote healthy working practices. This means we can help our staff make a great start back at work after an illness and even help them improve their health through targeted preventive measures.

  • Environment, responsibility and sustainability

Values such as corporate social responsibility have been a focus for the family-run Friedhelm Loh Group for more than 50 years. “We are aware of our responsibility to the environment and society in which we live. We want, therefore, to take part in shaping and improving it!” This fundamental company principle reflects our view that success brings with it responsibility. That is why we are committed to social projects, education and culture, for example.
